We are seeking a motivated and reliable Dispensary Associate to join our team. As a Dispensary Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store operations, and ensuring compliance with all regulations. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to transition to full-time based on performance and availability.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist customers with product selection, providing information and recommendations.
– Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
– Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
– Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
– Stock shelves and manage inventory levels.
– Handle cash and secure sensitive information responsibly.
– Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals.Qualifications:
– Must be 21 years of age or older.
– High school graduate or equivalent.
– Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, mornings, and days.
– Reliable transportation.
– Ability to pass state and federal background checks.
-Must be able to obtain Cannabis Agent ID
– Team-oriented with a strong customer service focus.
– Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle various tasks simultaneously.Benefits:
